Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Dynamo scripts to automate repetitive modeling and documentation tasks
- Support BIM standards, workflows, and technology implementation across projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams to integrate computational design techniques
- Coordinate and resolve BIM modeling conflicts across project teams
- Ensure models meet quality standards and support project objectives
- Serve as a technical resource for Revit, BIM360, and automation tools
- Support BIM strategy discussions with clients and internal project teams
- Provide guidance and training related to Dynamo, Revit API, and BIM workflows
- Stay current with emerging BIM technologies, scripting languages, and automation strategies
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Approximately 5+ years of BIM management and Building Systems technology experience
- Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Revit and BIM360
- Strong experience with Dynamo scripting and Python programming
- Understanding of computational design principles and parametric modeling
- Experience implementing BIM standards and automation strategies
- Strong communication, collaboration, and technical coordination abilities
